Please Review and Sign Below Weezle Enterprise Subscription Agreement This Subscription Agreement is made as of (the “Effective Date”), by and between Weezle Corp (“Weezle”), and Client Listed Below. Weezle has developed a marketing service and software-as-a-service hosted platform to automate social direct engagement marketing, and to support companies in growing their business. The Customer desires to subscribe to the Service (as defined below). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Weezle will provide the Service.

Customer’s access to and use of the Service is governed solely by the terms of this Agreement and any agreement referenced in this Agreement which supersedes the terms of any other prior writing or understanding between the parties. Dated effective as of the Effective Date. Fees and Terms Negotiated Every Weezle subscription package has a 30 day cancellation policy. You must cancel your subscription 30 days prior to your billing date. Any cancellation including: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual subscriptions need a 30 day cancellation notice or they will be billed the monthly rate. If you choose the monthly rate you are obligated to a minimum of 6 months of service. No refunds (no partial refunds or pro-rated refunds) due to early cancellation; Also, early cancellation (depending on the subscription the subscription you have chosen and the timing of your cancellation) may still result in additional charges; early cancellation will stop the next recurring charge against their method of payment on file, but they will be able to benefit from the rest of their agreed-upon subscription period/commitment. By becoming a client, you will be given access to proprietary information and processes. For that reason, once you have been onboarded, there are no refunds under any circumstances. Monthly users must fulfill the total of 6 months of payments required by this contract.. You as the customer have authorized a recurring charge with the subscription of your choice plus applicable taxes. The charge on the form of payment will be displayed as Weezle. Weezle GA limits acceptance to the Terms of Service, and objects to any other additional or different terms in the purchaser's purchase order or acceptance.
